Thank you. Elliot, we bring different experts including real estate brokers from different areas from Florida, Long Island, the five boroughs. You are our guru of Manhattan real estate, and your company is appropriately named Broadway Realty. Now we’re going to get into different aspects of buying and selling real estate and renting in Manhattan. But first, I want to introduce you. Please tell us about your experience and how you got into the field of real estate. Thank you, Michael, you already did such a great introduction. I don’t know, I’ll let a little bit about myself and about the company. So we’ve been in business for a while, it’s been 25 years, I’m a founder, and managing director of Broadway Realty. And I’ve been in business as a broker in Manhattan, and I’m doing rental sales investments. We work together with a couple of agents and brokers here at Broadway Realty. We help people to rent, buy, invest in all of the properties in Manhattan. We specialize in luxury properties, and we do a lot of rentals and sales How did you get into this particular field, the field of selling real estate properties.

Manhattan has always been my dream, I always wanted to work here, to be part of this Gotham City, to be a part of the real estate business. I always love to be with the clients. It’s a people’s business and we always like to help. So it’s a service business and to service our clients is the reason to be in the business.
